Terms and Conditions

Thank you for showing interest in our products! Below you will find the conditions that apply to your purchase; they explain what rights you have. If you have any questions, just contact us, and we will be more than happy to explain how everything works. What is explained here is who you buy from (Section 1), how to place an order (Section 2), prices (Section 4), shipping and delivery (Section 6), right of withdrawal (Section 7) and guarantees (Section 9). These general conditions (the "General Conditions") apply when you ("the Customer" or "you") place an order from Stina Jarenskog ("the Company", "us" or "we") at shop.stinajarenskog.se, (" The Website").

By accepting the General Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or that you have your guardian's permission and that you comply with the General Terms and Conditions. You also confirm that you have read the information on the management of personal data and cookies and agree to the use of such data in accordance with iZettles/Shopify's privacy policy.

We sell our products to several countries and jurisdictions and these General Terms and Conditions are designed to be global. However, depending on where you live, mandatory legislation may apply. We respect applicable laws and nothing in these General Terms and Conditions shall be construed as limiting your statutory rights, if such laws give you greater rights than those set out here.

By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, you understand and accept that all orders, purchases and transactions are made exclusively between the Company and the Customer, and that iZettle, Selz - as a platform provider - assumes no responsibility for content, interactions or transactions made on shop.stinajarenskog .see.

Orders etc.
When you receive an order confirmation from us, it means that your order has been accepted and that you are entering into a purchase agreement. We recommend that you save the order confirmation for any future contact with us. We can refuse an order for various reasons, for example if you provide incorrect personal data and/or are already in debt.

You can cancel your order until we have confirmed it. We will then refund any charges incurred by you, your account or credit card company for the order.

We can cancel an order if the ordered products are sold out. We will then refund any expenses and notify you of equivalent products if available.

All products ordered remain our property until we have received full payment for them.

Customer information, etc.
You are responsible for the personal data you provide to us being correct and complete.

You are responsible for all purchases made using your login details. Make sure you keep your login details secret and that no one else can access them without your permission. Notify us if you suspect that someone has obtained your login credentials without your permission.

Prices, fees, etc.
The prices stated on the Website apply to orders placed on the Website. All prices are in the currency listed on the website and include VAT where indicated (depending on where you live, VAT may not apply to your purchase). If nothing else is stated on the Website, payment or shipping costs are not included and these are reported separately. Keep in mind that local fees (such as currency exchange fees, credit or debit card fees, VAT, customs fees, etc.) may apply depending on where you live and your local legislation. You are responsible for such charges and cannot have them paid by us.

Special offers
On certain occasions, we may, for certain products, offer better terms than those stated in the General Terms and Conditions, for example in terms of extended right of withdrawal or free returns. Such better terms apply only for a limited time, until the specific products are sold out, and may be canceled by us at any time, in which case these General Terms and Conditions apply without modification.

Shipping and delivery
Products that are in stock are usually delivered within the number of working days shown on the Website. The estimated delivery time for an order is stated in the order confirmation. In the event of delays, we will inform you and continue to monitor the order. You can cancel the order if the delivery is delayed for more than 30 days and the delay was not caused by you.

Depending on the shipping method, you may need to pick up the order from a specific delivery location. You must do so within the time specified on the delivery note. If you do not pick up the order on time, you may be charged a late fee and the order may be sent back to us at your expense. We can also cancel the order if you don't pick it up on time.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your products. You must then send us a cancellation notice with your name, address and email address.

Our return policy (in brief)
You have 14 days to return an order after you receive it.
If you change your mind, or if the product you received does not meet your expectations, you can contact us before returning the product.
If nothing else has been agreed with us, you are responsible for the return cost.
Please note that exceptions may apply to specially made goods, hygiene products and other goods.

Instructions for returning goods
If you want to return an item, email us or send a message via e-mail or Facebook Messenger with your name, your address, e-mail address, the order number and which items the return applies to.
Send the goods to be returned within 14 days of contacting us.
You are responsible for any damage caused to the goods during shipping. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you send the products well packed, in good condition and in their original packaging.
If a returned item is shipped internationally, mark the package with "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs charges. We are not responsible for any customs charges on the shipment.
Unless otherwise agreed, the refund will be made through the same payment method with which you first made the purchase.
If the product or packaging is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct the reduction in value from the refund amount.
